Shipping Policy - the basics
Thank you for supporting Noxii. Because many of our pieces are handmade or made to order, processing times may vary. Most jewelry orders ship within 3–7 business days, while clothing and preorder items may require additional time. Any extended processing time will be listed in the product description.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred method. Delivery estimates begin once your package has been shipped and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or weather. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, while international delivery times vary by country. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, though tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
Please make sure your address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or for delays caused by address errors. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.
Once a package is transferred to the carrier, it is no longer under our control. Noxii is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If an issue occurs, please contact your carrier directly with your tracking number. We will help when possible, but replacements cannot be guaranteed for carrier-related loss.
International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
