Returns and Exchanges

All sales at Noxii are final due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our pieces. Every item is crafted with care, and many pieces are customized specifically for each customer, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. This includes custom dresses, preorder gowns, made-to-measure items, earrings, and any item listed as limited, one-of-a-kind, or final sale.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a short description of the problem. We will review the situation and provide a replacement or store credit when appropriate. Items that become damaged due to wear, mishandling, or improper care are not eligible for replacement.

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and only if production has not yet begun. After this window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds for allergic reactions, so we encourage reviewing product descriptions and materials before purchasing.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that handmade items may vary slightly in appearance, that shipping delays are outside our control, and that custom measurements must be accurate for a proper fit.
